Dave acquired a residential and light-commercial HVAC contracting business in Colorado Springs in 1982. The company is one of the longest-tenured Trane dealers in both the state of Colorado and the nation. For more than 35 years, Dave has consistently delivered high-quality installation and maintenance services to customers throughout the metro area, as well as communities up to 50 miles north and south.

Dave takes great pride in providing friendly, honest service and firmly stands behind both his work and his people.

2011

Dave hired Tom Walton as Sales and Service Manager and adopted Tom’s maintenance strategy (IP) and software.

Tom served in this role for two years and has provided consulting services off and on since.

2020

Dave joined SmartHVAC as its primary partner. SmartHVAC was founded by Tom to transform his proprietary maintenance IP and Excel-based software into a world-class SaaS platform.

Dave is a down-to-earth, straight-shooting businessman who brings decades of real-world contracting experience to the partnership. He serves as the senior contractor advisor, providing practical insight and trusted guidance.
